Do you have suggestions on how we can improve our sites?

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.

  1. Add only available items to a reservation from the reservation page.

    When looking inside a reservation it would be ideal to have a copy of the Search and Check Out module underneath, that ONLY showed items available during the reservation I'm looking at.

  2. Add the ability to export my inventory lists into a CSV, or a PDF.

    This listing would list ID number, Name, Quantity, Category, Replacement value, date acquired, and maybe the location.

  3. Consumables

    Create a special type of item "consumable". This type of item would have the ability to be "stock' and "pull' specific quantities from the items. It would be different from checking out.

    This would be things like earplugs, screws, gels, etc. The quantity going out is not necessarily intended to be returned. It will, however, be restocked with new. There should be a cost value recorded when it is stocked, and the option to count the cost going out.

  5. Add the ability to set a new "Temporary" Location. Need to save the original location, so it can be returned.

  6. It would be helpful to be able to have a "select all" button in the inventory under "LIST" view.

  7. Planned item maintenance

    Add the Ability for a StageStock manager to add a Maintenance Reminder. This would let the user set a time and date that a reminder to do maintenance. It should be something that is visible on the item view, that way users can see if there is an upcoming maintenance to do.

    Also have the ability to search for
    -upcoming maintenance
    - overdue maintenance

  8. Allow items to be viewed by people outside of my organization

    As a Site administrator: I would like to set some Items as public; this would allow people outside of my organization to see some of the items that I have available.

    This has always been a long range plan for StageStock. We are trying to see how important it is to our subscribers. If you would like this feature, please vote and leave comments on how much information you think should be shared.

  9. Need the ability to add Maintenance notes to an item in the inventory

    Add Maintenance notes:

    -Without editing the whole item and "Adding History"
    or
    -Checking it out to Maintenance.
