Do you have suggestions on how we can improve our sites?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  3. Add the ability to to edit a reservation from the "Item Detail" page

    Need to add an [Edit Reservation] button to the Item detail page.
    It should launch the "Edit Reservation" modal.

  4. Need a separate permission to view, edit/delete Stage name and Bios.

    Need a way to allow our marketing person who writes the show program access to the users' bios and stage names without them also being able to see private information like Medical and Allergies.

  5. Call Create/Edit: In Mobile view, increase the size of the Next / Save buttons.

    in the mobile web app, the little "help" question mark is positioned right on top of the "next button," which makes it incredibly difficult to add calls while on the go.

  6. Add the ability to search for StageStock items by scanning a Barcode.

    -I need the SS App to be able to pull up an item's info record by scanning a 2D barcode.
    -Scanning should search the custom ID field and bring up the related item. Since custom ID field is unique, only one item can be found, or no items will be found.

    You can now scan Barcodes
    -Go to the Search and Check Out tab
    -Click the [Scan] button
    —It will search the ID # field

    To use this feature, inter your Barcode number into the ID #Field. You can use the scanner to insert the number.

  7. Add to Reservation Modal: Add the ability to search the reservations by typing.

    Can the Reservation selector be a field that allows typing into to find reservations? Like the production field?

  8. On the Call List View & Detail page: Add the ability for a Manager to quickly turn a "Draft Call" into an active Scheduled "Call"

    Description:
    -Add a [Publish] button to the List View & Detail view of "Draft Calls"
    -It should only be visible to users that have the following permissions, follow the same rules as each of these permissions:
    ---- [ ] Add / Edit / Delete All
    ----[ ] Add / Edit / Delete My Calls
    +Clicking this button will convert the call to a saved Active Call.

  10. Add the ability to record information on the most recent edit/update of the Item's information..

    It would be nice to record Who and When the item was last created.
    -This would be recorded only after the item has been edited for the first time.
    -This would be in the History Section
    -It would be in addition to the Creation information.

    (This is similar to the way VCB "Call" editing tracks the last updated information.)

  11. Add an Advanced Search: User Checked Out To

    User Story: After Items have been checked in, I would like to be able to search and find all of the items that were ever checked out to a specific user.

    Description: In the Advanced Search modal, add a drop-down with users in it
    -Display items that were checked out to the user and have been checked back in
    -Display items currently checked out to the user that has NOT been returned

  12. Create a way to print a list of "Draft Calls"

    Add the ability to print and export the information shown in the "Draft Calls" data table.

    This is similar to the function on the "Contacts" page.

  13. Issue with Stage Stock Android APP's text fields turning black.

    The background is automatically turning to night mode. We are currently working on a fix.

    Here is a temporary fix:
    -Go to the app info
    -Select Storage
    -Clear the Cache and history.
    -Re-login, that should temporarily fix it.

  14. Ability to add custom Pronouns to a user's profile

    Currently, there are only three options of pronouns to choose from. Add the ability to enter the pronouns that you use.

  15. Reservation Detail: Under more options add the ability to display the QR code in the data table.

    This would be similar to the display options under the “Items search and check out” page.
