Do you have suggestions on how we can improve our sites?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  1. Add the ability to retrieve the URL link for a shared file.

    This would be the same link that is emailed out in the "Shared File" notification.

  2. Link to Shared Files.

    Add the URL link to the "File Info" Modal. This will allow me to embed a link in a message or a report.

  3. Add the ability to create a printer friendly version of a contacts sheet for immediate printing

    -This would be similar to the function on Notes, Announcements, and Schedule items.

  4. Add a "Download" button to the Shared Files - Image Viewer

    When in File Share: I click the [View] button, it opens the mage in a popup modal. It would be great if there was a button in the modal that allowed me to download the image, if it was one I wanted.

    Currently I have to close the modal, then wait for the page to refresh before I can click the [Download] button.

  5. Need the ability to store the Profile photo as a higher resolution file, to be used for printing.

    We are trying to use the site as way to upload the Headshots for the cast members in which it is easily downloadable for producing print quality photos in a program.

  8. View Items: add the ability to set an Item's visibility as restricted.

    As a Manager of a Category: I do not want everyone in a category to be able to view / see / access, all of the items. I want the ability to set some items as Private / Restricted. Items with this setting would only be visible to the users that have that have the view "Restricted" permission.

  9. Add: the ability to Advanced Search Items based on the "Vendor"

    As I search the inventory: I want to have the ability to limit my search to items purchased from a specific Vendor.

    Only show Vendors in the list that are assigned to at least one item.

  10. Make Contact Sheets more user friendly / intuitive.

    *When a user goes to the Contacts tab, immediately display the contacts for their selected production.

    Since we are adding the ability to assign users to multiple Roles, and Departments, we are adding the ability to switch from different views, and sort orders.

    When reports are printed, the size and spacing of the fields, in the two columns, can create an inefficient use of printable space.

  12. On the Dashboard, add "Upcoming Calls" to the "Upcoming Conflicts" section on the Dashboard.

    This will allow the user to see the next 10 things in their schedule, beyond tomorrow.

  13. Item List View: Convert the "Currently Available" column to "Quantity / Available"

    In the column show the number available and the total quantity of the item: 2 of 3 available. This will make it similar to the Item Detail view.

  14. On a specific production: Add the ability to display all of the user's roles next to their name.

    -Go to the Contacts tab
    -Select a single production in the PRODUCTION selector.

    -In the SHOW BY selector set it to "All Users"
    -Open the MORE OPTIONS box:
    --Add the checkbox option to select to display "Roles"
    --When checked: Add a new "Roles" column should be to the right of the User's name.
    --In the "Roles" column: List all of a user's Roles in the column stacked, listed in alphabetical order.

    *This should only be available in the "All Users" mode.
    *This is similar to the way the multiple email addresses and phone numbers are displayed.

  15. When closing an Item's Detail view, return the user to the last search the user was on.

    It would make sense when you open a Item's Detail on page 3, then return to search it should go back to page 3 not page 1

  19. Bug: Copy Template is not working

    Copy Template Into New” option under Actions, it will not let me alter the Production association to be included into a different Production.

  20. Add the ability to Print a Report as soon as you file it.

    We would like to be able to be able to print from the "Save and Send Report"

    Maybe it could be an option on the Report sent confirmation page.
