Do you have suggestions on how we can improve our sites?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.

  1. Need a separate permission to view, edit/delete Stage name and Bios.

    Need a way to allow our marketing person who writes the show program access to the users' bios and stage names without them also being able to see private information like Medical and Allergies.

  3. Call Create/Edit: In Mobile view, increase the size of the Next / Save buttons.

    in the mobile web app, the little "help" question mark is positioned right on top of the "next button," which makes it incredibly difficult to add calls while on the go.

  5. Can you create a way to add a phone extension to a contact section.

    I want to require our company use VCB as the company contact sheet. But because there is not a way to add phone extensions I cannot tell people what my office number is, only my cell.

  6. An App feature that allows the user to Enter their own Conflicts

    This will let users quickly add their conflicts to the site without logging into the website.

  7. Add the ability to Print a Report as soon as you file it.

    We would like to be able to be able to print from the "Save and Send Report"

    Maybe it could be an option on the Report sent confirmation page.

  8. Bug: Copy Template is not working

    Copy Template Into New” option under Actions, it will not let me alter the Production association to be included into a different Production.

  11. We would like the option to view who scheduled a call or conflict.

  15. When closing an Item's Detail view, return the user to the last search the user was on.

    It would make sense when you open a Item's Detail on page 3, then return to search it should go back to page 3 not page 1

  16. On a specific production: Add the ability to display all of the user's roles next to their name.

    -Go to the Contacts tab
    -Select a single production in the PRODUCTION selector.

    -In the SHOW BY selector set it to "All Users"
    -Open the MORE OPTIONS box:
    --Add the checkbox option to select to display "Roles"
    --When checked: Add a new "Roles" column should be to the right of the User's name.
    --In the "Roles" column: List all of a user's Roles in the column stacked, listed in alphabetical order.

    *This should only be available in the "All Users" mode.
    *This is similar to the way the multiple email addresses and phone numbers are displayed.

    We have added the ability to set permissions to see files based on Groups, Departments, and roles. This should allow the privacy you have requested. You could create a group called “Private”

  19. Item List View: Convert the "Currently Available" column to "Quantity / Available"

    In the column show the number available and the total quantity of the item: 2 of 3 available. This will make it similar to the Item Detail view.
