    This would be great. Currently we do not use the conflict option. So whenever someone uses the conflict option I have to go delete it.

    Yes this would be a great thing. As an admin I don't need to see all the columns every time.

  5. Add the ability to save some "Groups" as global, which will allow them to be used for all productions.

    As an admin it would be great if I could filter by user across productions. I think this is the same as above. Currently when I want to see an individuals calls I have to have them log in and show me their calls.
