What happens to a production's schedule and files when you archive it
When you archive a production, its schedule, files and everything else in it go into the archive with it. Nothing is deleted, and you can reactivate it any time.
Who can do what
- Archive or reactivate a production: the Deactivate / Reactivate Production permission. The standard Administrative — Common Administrator role includes it, and you can add it to a custom role.
- Look inside an archived production: the View Archived Productions permission.
Where to find it
Go to Administration > Production Administration. Use Deactivate Production on an active production to archive it. Archived productions are on the Archived Productions tab, where each one has a View Production Archive and a Reactivate Production option.
