View a production's archive

Look back through a finished production's schedule, files and reports. You'll need the Administrator role, or any role with the View Archived Productions permission.

1. Go to Administration > Production Administration.
2. Click the Archived Productions tab.
3. Click the cog on the production's row and choose View Production Archive.

You'll land on the Home page with a banner reading "VIEWING ARCHIVED PRODUCTION" and the production's name. Browse the site as usual to see what was in it. To leave, pick another production from the Production menu at the top of the page.
