Archive a production

Archive a production when your organization is done with it. You'll need the Deactivate / Reactivate Production permission, which administrators usually have.

1. Go to Administration > Production Administration.
2. On the Active Productions tab, find the production and click the cog at the end of its row.
3. Choose Deactivate Production.
4. Click Ok when asked to confirm.

The production moves to the Archived Productions tab. Nothing is deleted. You can view its archive and reactivate it later.

An archived production no longer counts toward your plan's active productions, but the plan itself doesn't change. See Does my subscription change when I add or archive productions?
