There should be a link to the EmptySpace Feedback/Knowledge base site.
It could be on the administration page, or at the bottom of the page so all site users can find it.

Support link
Need to add a link to http://support.theemptyspace.com page. Currently there is no way to get to the actual page from within the site.

Add the User's name to the top of the User Profile edit page.

Add a site-setting for whether users can add conflicts at the same time as calls.
There should be a site setting that an admin can choose to allow users to add conflicts even if the user is already scheduled for a call.
When adding a conflict during a scheduled call, the user should still be prompted that the "User is busy." There should be two navigation options 1) go back and edit the conflict. 2) Save the conflict anyway. (this will be similar to what happens when double scheduling a user for more than one call.

It would be helpful if the user's name was included in the Call Notification email.
When working with children in theatre, some families have more than one actor from their family in a production. When the same Parent's email address is assigned to multiple children's accounts, there is currently no way to determine which child is assigned to a given call.

Add the ability to assign more than one Title/Role to an single user.
We are working on a system that allows users to be added to multiple: Titles/Roles, Departments, and Groups.

Add the ability for Managers/Admins to create Recurring Calls
We are still holding off on this feature. The issue is that the system will need to check on the availability of every user for every call in the series. If at least one user has one conflict in the series, it will cause an error for the entire series.

File Editing
It would be nice if when editing files, if you could change the subfolder that you put the file into. Right now you can only edit the description of the file.

Add an optional notification when Conflicts are added: Notify Managers that are set to receive the "Message to Managers"
Admins can enable this setting from the "Site Administration" page.
You can enable the "Message to Manager" recipients on the "Production Administration page" > Manage Users.

Add the ability to deactivate multiple users at the same time.
To help prevent accidental deactivation, this could be a setting that has to be turned on.

When my session expires the page should automatically go back the login screen
Or a popup could ask if I want to stay logged in.

Email notifications when Open Calls are filled.
Each time a user signs up for an open call, send a message to the Manager(s) / Admin(s) of that call's production.

Check for double scheduling when creating a conflict (with existing calls)
If a user adds a conflict to a date and time in which they already have a call, there ought to be some kind of notification.
We are considering adding a popup, similar to the warning that is given when you double schedule a user. The current options for the user are: 1) Cancel and Make Changes 2) Save as "Pending", and Notify Manager(s)

Respond/Reply to Reports: Adding the ability to in-line reply to a specific department on a specific report
This will allow the side conversations to be captured in reports/VCB.

Add a column to the list view that shows the number of items "currently" available
Acceptance Criteria:
-Add a Column to the Right of the "Item Name" column
-List the number of available items in this field; NOT the total number that exist.
example if there are 4 of 10 available, list "4" in the field.

Allow the addition of individual Production Logos
Allow a Manager to upload a production logo. Allow the production logo to be attached to production documents such as:
- Reports
- Contact sheets
