Do you have suggestions on how we can improve our sites?

  1. Add the ability for a site administrator to change the organizations default color of the organizations site.

    Individual Site Admins could choose to change the Default Theme color of their specific VirtualCallboard/StageStock site session.

  2. Add the ability for a user to choose a different color theme for their site.

    Individual members could choose to change the background color of their specific VirtualCallboard/StageStock site session.

    Also add the ability for a site administrator to change the organizations default color theme.

  3. View Only

    I Would like to have an option in File Share: A setting that allows me to choose to only allow users to "View Only" Images and PDFs. This would prevent them from downloading the specific files.
    (This would be great for scripts)

  7. When saving a call, it would be nice to have a "Save and Return to Call" option

    After saving a call, it would be nice if the box that appears with the options "Add Similar", "Add new", "Return to Schedule" also had a "Return to Call" option.

  8. Contact Sheet Option: it would be really nice to have an option for the City field (vs the entire address)

  9. Add the ability to edit a Files "Production"

    It would be nice to be able to change the assigned Production when editing files. Currently if you add files to the wrong production, you have to delete the files and re-add them. This can be frustrating when it was a large number of files.

    Maybe this could be an advanced Permission setting?

  10. There needs to be a way to merge or delete users that have accidentally been added to the system twice.

    If I accidentally add a user to the system twice, there is no way to get rid of the second un wanted user. I would like the ability to merge one of the profiles with the other one, that way there is only one profile.

  11. Deactivated Users

    Need the ability to view and edit deactivated users info. Often times I receive a new address for a previous user, that we may use in the future. It would be helpful if we could update their contact info, without reactivating them.

    I think there should be a second data table that lists all of the Deactivated users. (Do away with the current Reactivated workflow.

  12. Closing off conflicts and enabling a conflict approval workflow

    Managers can define an open time for entering conflicts. After a specific date for any given production, the manager should be required to approve new conflicts when entered by users.

  14. Create a clearer Printed view of the calendar

    The printer friendly views of the schedule should list the Production name somewhere at the top. If set to "All Productions," list that, if "All My Productions," list that.

    (Also hide the abbreviations and production names when a single production is selected.)

  16. Colors selection for the schedule

  17. Ability to set the time range for List view printing

    Add the ability to set the start date/time and end date/time, when printing the List View of the schedule.

    Click the print friendly button should open a modal to define the start and end time. This would be pickers/radio buttons like the add call pickers.

  19. Free Calls need an indication showing that it is not an event to attend.

    When looking at a Call that is set to "Free", add an indication to the Call Detail view that indicates the time is "Free."

  20. Add a button to duplicate "All Fields"

    When duplicating an item, there should be a button that allows me to add "All Fields."

    Clicking all three boxes (Condition, Images, Non-Image Files) takes a while, when I am adding many of the same time.
