Do you have suggestions on how we can improve our sites?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  1. Need to be able to check out reservations early

    If all the equipment items are actually available there's no point in not letting you check out a reservation early.

  3. On the Call List View & Detail page: Add the ability for a Manager to quickly turn a "Draft Call" into an active Scheduled "Call"

    Description:
    -Add a [Publish] button to the List View & Detail view of "Draft Calls"
    -It should only be visible to users that have the following permissions, follow the same rules as each of these permissions:
    ---- [ ] Add / Edit / Delete All
    ----[ ] Add / Edit / Delete My Calls
    +Clicking this button will convert the call to a saved Active Call.

  5. Add Conflicts to the Detail page.

    Add a section to list user Conflicts
    -Show this section to users that have the VCB permission "Manage Conflicts for Another User."
    -Show the user's name and the date and time of the conflict. Do Not show conflict details.

  6. Add to Reservation Modal: Add the ability to search the reservations by typing.

    Can the Reservation selector be a field that allows typing into to find reservations? Like the production field?

  7. Calendar default option to Hide Conflicts in "All Calls" view.

    In your default settings options for your calendar you should be able to choose the option of not seeing conflicts.

  8. Add the ability to export my inventory lists into a CSV, or a PDF.

    This listing would list ID number, Name, Quantity, Category, Replacement value, date acquired, and maybe the location.

  9. Add the ability to search for StageStock items by scanning a Barcode.

    -I need the SS App to be able to pull up an item's info record by scanning a 2D barcode.
    -Scanning should search the custom ID field and bring up the related item. Since custom ID field is unique, only one item can be found, or no items will be found.

    You can now scan Barcodes
    -Go to the Search and Check Out tab
    -Click the [Scan] button
    —It will search the ID # field

    To use this feature, inter your Barcode number into the ID #Field. You can use the scanner to insert the number.

  10. Call Create/Edit: In Mobile view, increase the size of the Next / Save buttons.

    in the mobile web app, the little "help" question mark is positioned right on top of the "next button," which makes it incredibly difficult to add calls while on the go.

  11. Need a separate permission to view, edit/delete Stage name and Bios.

    Need a way to allow our marketing person who writes the show program access to the users' bios and stage names without them also being able to see private information like Medical and Allergies.

    Need to add an [Edit Reservation] button to the Item detail page.
    It should launch the "Edit Reservation" modal.

  17. Can you create a way to add a phone extension to a contact section.

    I want to require our company use VCB as the company contact sheet. But because there is not a way to add phone extensions I cannot tell people what my office number is, only my cell.

  18. Add option to View Main Picture on Inventory Report

    This feature is AMAZINGLY helpful for pulling inventory. However, adding the option to have the Main Picture on Inventory Report print on the Inventory would be massively helpful.

    The report is ideal for pulling from Storage, but for those of us with decent size warehouses, multiple items that are similar but not visually the same, and have lousy cell phone reception in the warehouse....having a thumbnail of the picture attached would save time and usability of the report.

  19. Add the ability to Print a Report as soon as you file it.

    We would like to be able to be able to print from the "Save and Send Report"

    Maybe it could be an option on the Report sent confirmation page.

  20. An App feature that allows the user to Enter their own Conflicts

    This will let users quickly add their conflicts to the site without logging into the website.
