Add: the ability to Advanced Search Items by "Availability"
As I search the inventory: I want to have the ability to limit my search by availability.The search goals are:
I want to see items that I can check out (Even if it is not the entire quantity).
I want to see items that have been checked out (Even if some of the quantity are still available.4 votesIf you want to filter down to see items that are partially available; go to:
*Inventory>Search and Check Out>>List View.
*Search for the items that you are interested in.
*Sort by the column “Available” quantity.

Add the ability to retrieve the URL link for a shared file.
This would be the same link that is emailed out in the "Shared File" notification.

When Editing a "Deadline" it should never have a specific time, and it should only be for one day.
Currently when editing a "Deadline": The edit modal times keeps displaying a time, and when the date is changed to earlier it is showing as a multi day event.
When the Deadline is saved, the date is maintained as one day, the time is still not displayed, and the Call appears in the "All Day" area of the schedule.
We will resolve this issues in the Edit modal.

Make Call Notifications smarter
Monitor the changes that are being made, the react to that with special notifications.
Here are some of the things we are considering:
-This call was Canceled/Deleted
-When editing the notes or location of a call: Send an email notifying the Called Users of the changes.
-When editing an Open Call's date and/or time, send emails to the Call's users based on their status.
-You were removed from the call
-Add the ability to send and email when a Scheduled Call item is updated/edit or delete - the message should show the OLD info and NEW info in email.2 votesWe are happy to announce we are launching intelligent call notifications later this week. In the new schedule (currently available in beta) you can select any combination of productions in the calendar.

Add filtering in dropdowns
It is sometimes hard to find users, items, spaces, etc. in the dropdowns; once you have a long list to choose from. We are adding a filtering feature to our dropdowns: As you start to type a name, the list will auto filter the list by any part of a multi-word name.

List the users, on the Manage Production's User screen in alphabetical order according to last name.
This will match the way the users are listed in the Dropdown selection list.

The history should list the Quantity used.
When viewing an Item's History that has a Quantity 2 or more: the history should show the Quantity checked out/in each time.

Ability to hide Other's Conflicts by default.
Add a User setting that allows the user to Hide the "Conflicts" when switching to the "All Calls" filtering.

Reset Button
StageStock: Need to Add a search "Reset" button to the search page. The user should not have to open [Advance Search] to reset.

Search the schedule.
I would like to be able to search the schedule for specific call types. This would be helpful to find when specific things, like "auditions," for a specific production.
This could be similar to the current Conflic page with the searchable data table.

When implementing granular permissions: there should be different permissions for adding VirtualCallboard productions and StageStock productions.

Search by multiple productions
Advanced item search should allow the selection of multiple productions to search by.

As a inventory manager, I would like a "Pull Sheet" that lets me know all of the reserved Items I need to pull.
This list would allow me to check off the items as I pull therm.
2 votesWe have added a Reservation Report. It can be filtered to give you the info you are looking for. IT will allow you access it online as well as print and export to CSV.

Scan the QR code to pull up an item in the system

2 votesOh my, For some reason this was never checked of. StageStock has been able to lookup items via QR code scan for a while. We are looking into adding a barcode option in the future. I will add all of this tasks followers to the Barcode option.

Consider increase the file size limit for individual files
Please increase the file size limit to 50mb. 20 is too small for many set renderings, OCR and annotated scripts and marketing materials.

Add the ability for the user to set the amount of idle time before a "Login Session" times out.
It would be great if I could set it to "Stay Logged-in."

There should be a link to the EmptySpace Feedback/Knowledge base site.
It could be on the administration page, or at the bottom of the page so all site users can find it.
