Ability to add custom Pronouns to a user's profile
Currently, there are only three options of pronouns to choose from. Add the ability to enter the pronouns that you use.

Add user to multiple groups at once
It would be very helpful to be able to add a user to multiple groups at once, such as having the function to add to groups from a users profile. Maybe have a tab with the groups list that can be checked off.

When assigning a user to a Production there should be a check box to select "Send notification to users"

Need a separate permission to view, edit/delete Stage name and Bios.
Need a way to allow our marketing person who writes the show program access to the users' bios and stage names without them also being able to see private information like Medical and Allergies.

Copy Departments / Groups from one production to another
Copy Department / Groups from one production to another. Optionally one could also copy over the user assignments in those groups and roles.

Limit the URL suffix in the user email, based on the subscription service
If a site only has StageStock, do not list the . VCALLBOARD extension.
If the site only has VirtualCallboard, do not list the . STAGESTOCK extension.

Need the ability to store the Profile photo as a higher resolution file, to be used for printing.
We are trying to use the site as way to upload the Headshots for the cast members in which it is easily downloadable for producing print quality photos in a program.

Custom Roles!
Consider having the current "permission" Templates: Viewer/Contributor/Manager/Administrator to be static roles. That way they are consistent from site to site. If a user wants to create special roles, they can make their own, and maybe start with a copy/duplicate of an existing "Role."
ex: I would like to create a modified Manager+ role.
2 votesThe first release of the new permissions system will have static versions of the four existing permissions levels. You can also create your own roles.

As a manager I need a way to Manage User's Bios.

Add the ability for the user to set the amount of idle time before a "Login Session" times out.

Add the ability to deactivate multiple users at the same time.
To help prevent accidental deactivation, this could be a setting that has to be turned on.

Add a field to the "User's Profile" page that allows them to enter a Stage/Program name.
As the person that does the programs, I would like a place for everyone to list the name that they want listed in the program. This could be added to the Profile page above the "Bio" field.

Add the Ability to save User's Bios to their User Profile
As a user: I need a place to store a short biography of my accomplishments. I need the ability to say that I approve the bio for use.
As a Manager/Administrator: I need the ability to access and change a user's bio. I need the ability to mark that the bio has been approved. I also need a way to export a group of users' bios for use in the program.

Managers/Administrators can export users’ Bios to CSV from the Contact sheet page. -
Allow users to save multiple email addresses to their User Profile
We are considering allowing a user to assign multiple email addresses to their profile. We would like to get a since of how important this is for the individual users. Please let us know if this is important to you.
