Do you have suggestions on how we can improve our sites?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  1. User Filter and switching

    Suggestion: Be Consistent in the filtering methods. For example in user administration the Table sorts last name then first name, but the Card view sorts by first name. Also when in a profile, allow admin/managers the ability to select edit user profile and select a different user from a listing instead of having to go to administration>user

  2. Keep Me Logged in/New Password issue.

    When Resetting a user's password, the system should disengage the "Keep me logged in " setting. We need to make sure people are not getting trapped with the new password.

  3. On Contact sheets: have the User's name linked to the profile page.

    Users with the Permission to edit Other's Profiles, should be able to access the profiles from the contact sheet.

  4. On the User's profile page: Add the ability to also manage a user's assignment to Receive the message to Management/Notifications.

  5. Add the ability to required a user to enter a phone number

    It would be nice to have the option to require at least one primary phone number from each user. It would be nice if it was required during the first time login.

  6. There needs to be a way to merge or delete users that have accidentally been added to the system twice.

    If I accidentally add a user to the system twice, there is no way to get rid of the second un wanted user. I would like the ability to merge one of the profiles with the other one, that way there is only one profile.

  7. Deactivated Users

    Need the ability to view and edit deactivated users info. Often times I receive a new address for a previous user, that we may use in the future. It would be helpful if we could update their contact info, without reactivating them.

    I think there should be a second data table that lists all of the Deactivated users. (Do away with the current Reactivated workflow.

  8. As a Manager/Admin, I would like a button on the "User Profile" page that allows me to save a change move to the next User in the list.

    This would be especially when you have number of people returning; and you need to assign everyone to new productions and roles.

  9. It would be nice to have two address lines, like shipping companies use.
