Do you have suggestions on how we can improve our sites?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  1. Add the ability to Print a Report as soon as you file it.

    We would like to be able to be able to print from the "Save and Send Report"

    Maybe it could be an option on the Report sent confirmation page.

  2. Bug: Copy Template is not working

    Copy Template Into New” option under Actions, it will not let me alter the Production association to be included into a different Production.

  4. Change the "Report Recipients" selection workflow.

    It would be better if Report Recipients allowed us to select groups / departments that would update with user maintenance.

  5. VirtualCallboard Reports: On the Emailed Reports, Bold the Heading for each section.

    Making the section headers bolder, or shading the header box, could improve the readability of the report.

  6. Improve VirtualCallboard the printability of Reports

    When reports are printed, the size and spacing of the fields, in the two columns, can create an inefficient use of printable space.

  7. Respond/Reply to Reports: Adding the ability to in-line reply to a specific department on a specific report

    This will allow the side conversations to be captured in reports/VCB.

  8. Add an auto-save to reports that are being worked on.

    While a user is filing a Report, have the system save it to Drafts. every 5 minutes. There should be some sort of indicator that lets the user know that it have happened.
