  1. Pin calls to the top of the day on the calendar

When I look at the Month or Week view, I would like Calls to be listed above all Conflicts.

Example: A call starts at 7:00pm, and several actors have listed a conflict for 6:30pm-7:15pm, so we have to scroll through all of the those conflicts before seeing the call.

Thanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately, this isn’t something we plan to implement. You can use the “Call type Filter” to exclude user’s conflicts.

*If Users have conflicts that are during a Call, the User’s conflicts show up on the Calls detail page.

We support 1-way synchronization only. (VirtualCallboard to 3rd party calendar)

We may support calendar import in the future for those who like to create calendars locally and then import them into VirtualCallboard.

Because VirtualCallboard scheduling has so many features that standard calendaring programs don’t support (groups, attendance, recurrences, open calls, etc) supporting a 2-way sync is technically infeasible.

  5. Add the ability to Sync Scheduling items that the User is not Called/assigned to.

It would be great if you could sync more than just your own schedule with an external calendar. You could subscribe to spaces or call types and they would also sync.
