Add a Report that shows all of the Items Checked Out to a Specific Production / User
I want a report that has the name of the show at the top, the dates, who is involved, the list of gear, the overall rental cost, etc. This can then be converted to a PDF and included in the paperwork package for the show.
This would be a Report that could be returned to, even once the items were returned.

On the schedule page, there is a new filter for Users. You can now filter to just a single user’s schedule in any schedule view (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.)

An App feature that allows the user to Enter their own Conflicts
This will let users quickly add their conflicts to the site without logging into the website.

When editing a group, allow the Manger/Admin to select globally which calls should be updated.
Editing a group will allow a Manager/Admin to Add new users and remove existing users from an existing group. When (s)he presses the save button, they will be prompted with a dialog that says: "Apply the change in this group to calls:"
Choice 1 : Starting from [date/time picker]
-Add a Date & Time picker to select the time/date when existing calls should be updated.
-The default value is today.
-The user CAN select a date and time in the past.Choice 2: Only for future calls created.
When the user chooses "Save Changes":

Add: the ability to Advanced Search Items by "Availability"
As I search the inventory: I want to have the ability to limit my search by availability.The search goals are:
I want to see items that I can check out (Even if it is not the entire quantity).

Add the ability to save User profile photos as full size (full resolution) files.
Create an export of the User's Profile images so they can be used for publicity and other items.
-Have the ability to export in a low-resolution format.
-Have the ability to export in highest resolution that it was uploaded

Ability to check in multiple items at once
Currently, you are able to check out multiple items at a time, but there isn't an option to check multiple items in at the same time. The ability to do this would save a lot of time in the check in process.

In the check in dialog, list each item being checked in.
—Users must check in all quantity that was check out (this may change in the future)
—Comments can be the same for all items being checked in. -
Copy Departments / Groups from one production to another
Copy Department / Groups from one production to another. Optionally one could also copy over the user assignments in those groups and roles.

Open Calls with assingments
It would be nice to be able to assign someone to an open call. EX: assign your master electrician, but allow the rest of the crew to use the open call feature.

Need the ability to have a photo-orientation option? Add the ability to Crop and rotate the images.
-This could be similar to the editor feature on the user profile image.
3 votesWe added a comprehensive editor to the web browser. When you save the changes, they may not be visible right away in your browser because of the image caching.

Users should be able to enter their own (individual) conflicts, without having to have Time Frames set up.
It would be great if I could enter my conflicts when they come up. This would allow me to add single conflicts, not ones that repeat.

Email notifications when Open Calls are filled.
Each time a user signs up for an open call, send a message to the Manager(s) / Admin(s) of that call's production.

Allow manager level users to 'View All Active', but not edit productions to which they aren't assigned
In my Department we have several spaces and several productions running concurrently. While some of our spaces are dedicated to productions that will present in them, 2 of our spaces are 'wild cards' in that they are available to any of the 4 shows we are currently rehearsing. The trouble arrises when the SM from show 1 has a wild card space booked, but the SM for shows 2, 3, and 4 can't see the booking unless I have added them as a user for show 1. 3 votesThis feature is live on all newly created sites. It is in limited release on current sites, we are working on moving all sites onto the new servers and code.

Have a site parameter that prevents "Managers" from editing Calls that they did not enter.
This would mean that Managers could only edit Calls that they created. They would not be able to edit calls that other managers or Administrators created.
3 votesAs part of this new feature a user is able to have one of three schedule permissions:
1) Add / Edit / Delete All Calls (Managers/Administrators)
2) Add / Edit / Delete My Calls (You could create a custom permission Role to give this permission).
3) User Cannot Add / Edit / Delete Calls (Viewers/Contributors)
