Use the formatting toolbar in text boxes

Any text box that lets you format your writing has a toolbar with bold, lists, links, tables and more. It's in Calls, Discussions, Notes, Announcements, Reports, Conflicts, bios and StageStock item descriptions.

Open the toolbar

  1. Click in the text box.
  2. Click the small arrow on the text box to open the toolbar. Click it again to tuck it away.

What's in it

  • Bold, italic, underline, strikethrough, lists, indents and alignment
  • Font, size, text color and highlight color
  • Links, and YouTube and Vimeo videos
  • Tables, special characters and checkboxes
  • Spell check, which underlines misspelled words as you type
  • A Maximize button for when you're writing something long

Pasting from Word? Use Paste from Word to keep the formatting, or Paste as Plain Text to drop it.
