Setting up the VirtualCallboard TXT/SMS (text messaging) system

← VirtualCallboard: Site Setup (Administrators & Managers)
Only users with the Administrative - Common Permission: Modify Site Settings can access the Site Administration tab/functions.

Enabling the TXT/SMS messaging system


  1. Go to Administration > Site Administration > Notifications
  2. Click on the Enable SMS Notification button
  3. When prompted, enter your Organization's Area Code
  4. Then click on the Enable SMS and Acquire Phone Number button.
  5. Once you see the confirmation message, you can start sending notifications.
