Who can edit and delete shared files

The person who uploaded a file can edit and delete it. So can anyone whose role includes Add / Edit / Delete All Files for that file's production. Everyone else can open and download the file, but not change it.

Open the file's details and click Edit File Info to change its name, folder, description, or who it's shared with (Share with All Users or Share with Specific Groups). Delete File (All Versions) removes the file and every version of it, so check twice before you confirm.
