Can I add a User to multiple Departments? Many of our Users have multiple roles.

At this time, a User is limited to one (1) Department per Production. The suggested way to deal with Users with multiple positions is to list all of those positions in the Title area and separate the positions with commas.

The main purpose of Department groupings is to delineate access to shared Files.
