When a user logs into VirtualCallboard, by default, the schedule is set to only show the calls for which he/she is scheduled. To see all of the Calls/Events for your Production:
The My Calls or All Calls selection you make will stay active until you change it or log out.
- Go to Schedule > View Schedule
- Click All Calls, located at the middle of the page (this will show all calls for the productions to which you are assigned).
- You can use the Production filter to select the schedule for one of your specific productions.
