See everyone's calls, not just yours

The schedule can show just your calls or everyone's. To see the whole production's calendar, switch to All Calls.

  1. Go to Schedule > View Schedule.
  2. Click All Calls at the top of the calendar. You'll see every call in the productions you're on.
  3. To look at one show, pick it from the Production menu above the calendar.

Your choice sticks while you move around the site. Which tab opens first is a setting on your account: Setting your default schedule view.

All Calls doesn't always show every call type. Whether you see other people's fittings and conflicts depends on your role. Not seeing a call you expect? Try Find a call that isn't showing on the calendar.
