View schedules for productions you're not on

Only if your role allows it. Seeing a production you're not assigned to takes the permission Allow user to view and modify: All Productions, which Administrators typically have.

  1. Open the Production menu above the schedule.
  2. Under Show multiple productions, choose All Active Productions, or pick any single production under Show an individual production.
  3. Click All Calls on the schedule.

Without that permission, the menu lists only your own productions and All My Productions. If you need to see another show's schedule, ask a site Administrator to adjust your role.
