You can export contacts into a Comma Separated Values (CSV) file format. 

• Create a Contact sheet, by going to the Contacts tab and clicking the [Create Contact Sheet] button.

• Select the desired Production, Departments, and information to be shown 
• Click the [Download Contact Sheet (CSV Format)] button.

This document can be opened in Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet program, and can be imported into Outlook, GMail, Apple's Mail & Contacts, as well as many other programs.
