Managing: Edit and Delete folders
Users with either of the VirtualCallboard-Administration Permission Roles: Manager or Administrators can add/edit the virtual folders. Also Users with a custom role with the permission: Manage Folders.
- Go to the File Sharing tab.
- Click the [Upload a File] button.
- Click the Gear icon next to the Save in Folder selector.
- Click the [Add Folder] button to create a new folder. Title the folder, and select if the folder should be available for All Productions or A Specific Folder. Click the [Add Folder] button to save and create the folder.
- Click the [Add Subfolder] button, next to a folder, to create a new subfolder. Title the folder, and select if the folder should be available for All Productions or A Specific Folder. Click the [Add Folder] button to save and create the folder.
- If you would like to Delete a click the Delete icon next to the desired folder. You will need to choose what to do with the contained files: Delete all files in <chosen folder> or Move all files in <chosen folder> to this "desired new folder".
- Click [Close] once you have completed managing the folder.
