Archive a production

Archive a production when your organization is done with it. You'll need the Administrator role, or any role with the Deactivate / Reactivate Production permission.

  1. Go to Administration > Production Administration.
  2. On the Active Productions tab, find the production and click the cog at the end of its row.
  3. Choose Deactivate Production.
  4. Click OK when asked to confirm.

You'll see "Production has been archived successfully," and the production moves to the Archived Productions tab. Nothing is deleted. Administrators can view its archive and reactivate it later.
