A Manager (L3) or Administrator (L4) can manger the Production assignments of their Users either by assigning multiple Users to a single Production or by adding a single User to multiple Productions.
To Manage Users on a single Production
- Go to Administration > Production Administration .
- Click the Manage Users button next to the name of the Production for which you would like to edit the users. A modal will open.
- Select a name from the list of Active Users.
- Tab over and enter the "Title" or "Position" the individual should have for that Production.
- Tab over and select the the Department to which he/she should be assigned. A Department can be added or edited by clicking the icon, if need be.
- Click the Add User button.
- Repeat the process to add additional Users.
To a add or edit Multiple Productions for a single User
- Go to Administration > User Administration
- Click the Edit button next to the User you would like manage.
- Scroll down to Active Productions.
- Select a Production from the drop-down menu.
- Tab over and enter the Title or Position the individual should have for this Production.
- Tab over and select the the Department to which he/she should be assigned. A Department can be added or edited by clicking the icon, if need be.
- Click the Add User button.
- Repeat the process to add additional Productions to a User.
