Do people need to sign in to see the schedule?

No. Everyone needs a VirtualCallboard account, but nobody has to sign in to get their schedule. You can send it to them.

  • Email and the app. Calls saved with Send Notification ticked, notes and announcements reach people by email and in the VirtualCallboard app, depending on each person's notification settings. If your site has TXT messaging, they can arrive as texts too.
  • Send Schedules. If your role can add calls, the Schedule page has an envelope button (Send Schedules). Pick the production and the dates, then choose Send only each user's calls to all users or Send all calls to all users. Draft calls and conflicts aren't included.
  • Calendar sync. Each person can subscribe to their own calls from Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook or Apple Calendar: Sync your schedule with a personal calendar.
  • Print. The print button on the Schedule page (Printer Friendly) makes a copy for the physical callboard.

People who sign in always see the current schedule for their productions. Anything printed or emailed is only as current as the moment it went out.
