I am a site Administrator, and the buttons to add and reactivate Users are not responding. What should I do?

We have found that VirtualCallboard does not perform optimally on older versions of Internet Explorer. If you are using IE for your browser, we recommend upgrading to the latest version (currently IE 11). You can alternatively try Chrome or Firefox.
