Purpose

To outline how to track current, upcoming, past due, and expired reservations in StageStock.

What You Can See

The Reservations page (web browser only) organizes reservations into easy-to-read categories.

Reservation Tabs

• Today

• Upcoming

• Past Due

• Expired

Displayed Information

Each reservation shows:

• Reservation Name (user defined)

• Number of Reserved Items

• Production Name

• Expected Need By date/time

• Need Until date/time

• Reservation Creator

• Reservation Comments

Additional Detail View

Opening a reservation displays:

• Which items were added, including many default and optional fields

• When each item was added

Important Notes

• StageStock does not currently display the reservation’s creation date.

• Reservation details are not available in the mobile app, except when viewed through an item’s History.

Where This Appears

• Available only in the web browser version of StageStock.

• Not available in the native mobile app.
