My calls are not showing in the APP.

This sometimes happens when a user is added to a new production. Please try the following in the App:

  1. Using the three bars in the top left, Click on the user's name in the bottom of the list. Scroll down to Productions & Permissions then click "Refresh".
  2. Now return to either the calendar or schedule.
  3. Go to the circle icon in the bottom right. Under Productions click the dropdown, now click "All productions," Then click "Select."   
  4. Now return to either the calendar or schedule, this should allow all of the calls to display.
