I would like to see Items associate to a past production.

 To create a report/search of all of the items that are currently or previously checked out to a given Production:

1) The "Items Checked Out Report" page is designed to show all items at are currently checked out.
  • To filter to a specific Production, enter the name in the field box above the "Checked Out For" column.
  • You can then Print or Export a CSV of the filtered list.
2) The "Items Search and Check Out" page is designed to give search results based on criteria you define. It can be viewed in the "Card View" or the "List View". The List view is similar to the report view that you see on the "Items Checked Out" page.
  • To create a report of items, switch to the list view
  • Use the "Advanced Search" function. Search for the "Production" that you want to find items that are previously checked out to, or are currently checked out to.
  • Currently, on this page there is no visual indication to denote if the item is out on that production still or not. If the item is set to "Not Available", it could be currently checked out to a different production.
  • This search only shows items that were actually checked out to the Production. It does not show items that were researved, but not checked out to the production.
