Find items used in a past production

To see every item that has been used in a past production, use the Production filter in Advanced Search. It finds any item that was checked out to that production or checked back in from it.

Search by production

1. Go to Inventory > Search and Check Out and click Advanced Search.
2. Choose the show under Production. The list holds productions that have had at least one checkout or check-in.
3. Click Search.
4. Click List to see the results as a table, and use Table Columns to add the columns you want.

Two things to know about this search:

• It doesn't say whether an item is still out on that production. An item showing as Not Available could be checked out to a different show.
• It only finds items that were actually checked out. Items that were reserved but never checked out don't appear.

Other places production shows up

• Items Checked Out Report shows only what's out right now. The production is in the Checked Out For column, and you can type a show's name in the filter box above it. You can print the list or export a CSV. Overdue items are in red.
• An item's History is the only place to see every production one item has been used for. You'll need the permission to view item history.
• The main Search and Check Out table doesn't have a production column, because one item may have been in many shows.
