StageStock is designed to be flexible so it can be scaled to the size and complexity of the organization. In addition to the obvious tracking of your inventory, we strive to make this a design tool as well.

Here are a few StageStock highlights:

  • Unlimited discrete User Accounts
  • Unlimited custom Categories
  • Flexible Permission System:
  • Four basic Category permission roles, as well as the ability to create
    custom roles. (Users can have different roles for individual Categories.)
  • Two basic Sitewide StageStock-Administrative permissions, as well as the ability to create custom roles. 
  • Two basic Sitewide Common-Administrative permissions, as well as the ability to create custom roles. 
  • Ability to create custom Tags
  • Ability to enter and track outside Vendors and assign items to the vendors.
  • Ability to enter and track internal Spaces and Locations, and assign Items to them. ex: Building # > Room # > Isle 1 > Shelf # > Box #
  • Ability to add image files to the items
  • Ability to add Non-image files to the items
  • Ability to assign QR codes and Code39 Barcodes based on categories.
  • Ability to create Reservation events and assign multiple items to them
  • Ability to search items by distinct fields, tags, and labels.
