Users only have access to the Reports → Reports Administration tab if they have the VirtualCallboard Reports permission to:

• Manage Report Templates

In VirtualCallboard, this permission is included by default in the following roles:

• Manager

• Administrator

You may also assign this permission to custom roles you create if those users need to manage report templates.

Notes

• Users without this permission will not see the Reports Administration tab.

• This permission controls report template management, not general report viewing.
