How to archive the schedule and other Production information.
A Production's schedule, as well as all other info including files, are Archived with the Production.
- Productions can be Archived and reactivated by a user with the "Deactivate / Reactivate Production" permission.
- This permission is standard with the VirtualCallboard-Common permission role Administrator; that permission can be assigned to a custom-created User Role.
- The Production's information can be accessed, by users with the "View Archived Productions" permission.
