Add a StageStock-only production

A StageStock production lets you tie items to a show when you check them out and search for them. You'll need the Administrative — StageStock role Administrator, or another role that includes Add/Edit Productions and Assign Users.

  1. Go to Administration > Production Administration.
  2. Click Add Production.
  3. Enter the Production Name and Production Abbreviation.
  4. Check Enable In StageStock. Leave Enable In VCB unchecked if this production is for inventory only.
  5. Under Assigned Users, add the people who should be on it.
  6. Click Add Production.

You can also add a logo. Productions are optional in StageStock, but they're handy for checking items out to a show and finding what a show used.
