Do you have suggestions on how we can improve our sites?

  1. I suggest adding a way to get to the last page of Data Table

    I suggest adding a way to get to the last page. Right now there is no easy way to get to the last page. I want to see the new records that have been entered. Currently, I need to go to the highest number multiple times til I get to the last page. I can get there easier when using the list view but that's really not a solution. While I'm writing this adding a selection of how many items I would like to see would be good functionality.

  4. In the Item history, show the quantity checked out/in

    Need to add the quantity checked out/checked in, to the History listing.
    Quantity checked out: 2
    Checked out Comments:
    Condition: New
    ...
    ...
    ...

  5. Permissions

    When implementing granular permissions: there should be different permissions for adding VirtualCallboard productions and StageStock productions.

  6. Add a dropdown list of the existing "Tags" being used in the system

    As a user entering new inventory items, I would love a drop down list for tags in the Inventory so I can select the best possible one already created or create a new one (to keep us from having "audio" and "sound"). I still want to be able to enter new tags.

    We have added this feature. It has been implemented on the:
    -Add/Edit Item page
    -Item view Add/Edit Tags section
    -Advance Search field

    It still allows the Creation of new “Tags.”
    These fields also support Auto Filtering.

  7. Implement a granular set of permissions to control a user's access to the individual Categories.

  8. Add a Reservation System

    Add the ability for a "Category's" manager to reserve items.
    -Automatically check the quantity availability during the desired duration of the dates of checkout.
    -Set the item as "Reserved" -this means the item(s) is NOT available during the specified period of time.

    The ability to add the alphabet to the ID, and to change it to what ever we want.

  11. Export a list of StageStock items

    The Ability to export inventory and to print.

    Possibly export as a CSV file, however a quick PDF export could also come in handy if you just want to print something quickly and hand it to someone.
