On the Call List View & Detail page: Add the ability for a Manager to quickly turn a "Draft Call" into an active Scheduled "Call"
Description:
-Add a [Publish] button to the List View & Detail view of "Draft Calls"
-It should only be visible to users that have the following permissions, follow the same rules as each of these permissions:
---- [ ] Add / Edit / Delete All
----[ ] Add / Edit / Delete My Calls

Calendar default option to Hide Conflicts in "All Calls" view.
In your default settings options for your calendar you should be able to choose the option of not seeing conflicts.

We would like the option to view who scheduled a call or conflict.
In our production office, we would like to view who scheduled events, in case we find a booking our office didn't schedule.

Add the ability to add a "Call" by click on the day of the week.
It would be helpful if one could click on the day in a month view or time of day in week or day view and simply begin adding a call.
3 votesThis was completed some time ago, but we never marked it as resolved. You can now click on any date on a calendar view and the add call dialog will open if you have permission to add calls to the system.

Desperately need to limit who can add conflicts
We need a way to limit/prevent the levels below Manager from adding conflicts. We deal with a good number of volunteers and we need the managers to be able control tightly what "Public" conflicts are input as people load their own future conflicts in and then get upset in 3 weeks when they are told by the Manager that they cannot be absent.

Open Calls with assingments
It would be nice to be able to assign someone to an open call. EX: assign your master electrician, but allow the rest of the crew to use the open call feature.

Today button (jump back to the present in Schedule)
"Today" button that jumps schedule view back to Today/this week/this month.

When Editing a "Deadline" it should never have a specific time, and it should only be for one day.
Currently when editing a "Deadline": The edit modal times keeps displaying a time, and when the date is changed to earlier it is showing as a multi day event.
When the Deadline is saved, the date is maintained as one day, the time is still not displayed, and the Call appears in the "All Day" area of the schedule.
We will resolve this issues in the Edit modal.

Make Call Notifications smarter
Monitor the changes that are being made, the react to that with special notifications.
Here are some of the things we are considering:
-This call was Canceled/Deleted
-When editing the notes or location of a call: Send an email notifying the Called Users of the changes.
-When editing an Open Call's date and/or time, send emails to the Call's users based on their status.
-You were removed from the call
-Add the ability to send and email when a Scheduled Call item is updated/edit or delete - the message should show the OLD info and NEW info in email.2 votesWe are happy to announce we are launching intelligent call notifications later this week. Search the schedule.
I would like to be able to search the schedule for specific call types. This would be helpful to find when specific things, like "auditions," for a specific production.
This could be similar to the current Conflic page with the searchable data table.

Add a site-setting for whether users can add conflicts at the same time as calls.
There should be a site setting that an admin can choose to allow users to add conflicts even if the user is already scheduled for a call.
When adding a conflict during a scheduled call, the user should still be prompted that the "User is busy." There should be two navigation options 1) go back and edit the conflict. 2) Save the conflict anyway. (this will be similar to what happens when double scheduling a user for more than one call.

It would be helpful if the user's name was included in the Call Notification email.
When working with children in theatre, some families have more than one actor from their family in a production. When the same Parent's email address is assigned to multiple children's accounts, there is currently no way to determine which child is assigned to a given call.

Add the ability for Managers/Admins to create Recurring Calls
We are still holding off on this feature. The issue is that the system will need to check on the availability of every user for every call in the series. If at least one user has one conflict in the series, it will cause an error for the entire series.

Add an optional notification when Conflicts are added: Notify Managers that are set to receive the "Message to Managers"
Admins can enable this setting from the "Site Administration" page.
You can enable the "Message to Manager" recipients on the "Production Administration page" > Manage Users.

Email notifications when Open Calls are filled.
Each time a user signs up for an open call, send a message to the Manager(s) / Admin(s) of that call's production.

Check for double scheduling when creating a conflict (with existing calls)
If a user adds a conflict to a date and time in which they already have a call, there ought to be some kind of notification.
We are considering adding a popup, similar to the warning that is given when you double schedule a user. The current options for the user are: 1) Cancel and Make Changes 2) Save as "Pending", and Notify Manager(s)

Space Dropdown Order
Space drop down menu in Add Call, has no sorting order. Can this be alphabetized?

Add an Administrator setting that allows the Admin to set "All Calls" as the default setting for the schedule.
As an administrator I would like to guarantee that our users see "All Calls," for the Productions they are assigned to, when they first go to the schedule page.
This could be a session variable that each user could change when they login, but it would reset to "All Calls" when they login again.
