Do you have suggestions on how we can improve our sites?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  1. Users should be able to enter their own (individual) conflicts, without having to have Time Frames set up.

    It would be great if I could enter my conflicts when they come up. This would allow me to add single conflicts, not ones that repeat.

  2. Add the ability to attach notes to a users attendance entry

    There should be a place that the Managers can enter a note to a user's attendance record if they are absent, late, or leaves early.

  3. Add a Dynamic Check to the Add/Edit Call window, that checks the availability of a space based on the Date and Times selected

    When a user selects a Space, the system will look at the date & time selection
    -If the space is available during the time period, a Checkmark icon should appear next to the Space field gear.
    -If the space is not available during the time period, the No (Circle and slash) icon should appear next to the Space field gear.
    -When the start & end date/time is changed, the system should dynamically check and update the status symbols.

  4. Add the ability for a User to see the full details of a Call by hovering over it.

    This would be a modal window that would pop up when you hold the mouse over the Call title. This would be useful in Month, Week, and Day views.
