resetting column filters and size
multiple issues should be corrected in regards to deleting items from inventory. I'm taking over from a PA who didn't really know what she was doing. She has cans of spray paint, christmas ornament hooks.. all kinds of items that should not be listed in prop inventory. So i'm cleaning them out and finding that i can not do bulk deletes.. i have to delete one item at a time. also, each time i delete an item, the column view reverts to starting position. so any column filtering or cusomt page view length (10 per page, 50 per page etc.)…

Add the ability to to edit a reservation from the "Item Detail" page
Need to add an [Edit Reservation] button to the Item detail page.

Item: Attach Private Files
Add the ability to set specific attached files as private. Use the same "Private info" permission.
2 votesWe have added the ability to set permissions to see files based on Groups, Departments, and roles. This should allow the privacy you have requested. You could create a group called “Private”

Create functionality for scheduling future check out dates for items
Currently there is only functionality to check out items at that moment, and schedule a return date. I would find it more helpful to have a check out date (for future events) alongside a return date.

Image / Photo Editor for StageStock Item images
Need the ability to have a photo-orientation option? Add the ability to Crop and rotate the images.

3 votesWe added a comprehensive editor to the web browser. When you save the changes, they may not be visible right away in your browser because of the image caching.

View Items: add the ability to set an Item's visibility as restricted.
As a Manager of a Category: I do not want everyone in a category to be able to view / see / access, all of the items. I want the ability to set some items as Private / Restricted. Items with this setting would only be visible to the users that have that have the view "Restricted" permission.

Ability to check in multiple items at once
Currently, you are able to check out multiple items at a time, but there isn't an option to check multiple items in at the same time. The ability to do this would save a lot of time in the check in process.
4 votesFrom the “Items Checked Out” report, implement the build check in capability:
In the check in dialog, list each item being checked in.
—Users must check in all quantity that was check out (this may change in the future)
—Comments can be the same for all items being checked in. -
The history should list the Quantity used.
When viewing an Item's History that has a Quantity 2 or more: the history should show the Quantity checked out/in each time.

As a inventory manager, I would like a "Pull Sheet" that lets me know all of the reserved Items I need to pull.
This list would allow me to check off the items as I pull therm.
2 votesWe have added a Reservation Report. It can be filtered to give you the info you are looking for. IT will allow you access it online as well as print and export to CSV.
