Do you have suggestions on how we can improve our sites?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  1. Allow the user to indicate their pronouns

    It would be great if, when a user is first signing in and adding their info, have a section where they can indicate their pronouns. A drop down for he/him/his and she/her/hers and they/them/theirs would be great, with the addition of a space where they can write their own pronouns if these basic ones do not capture their identity properly.

    Additionally, it would be nice to have a question that is “I would like to be cast as: Male, female, either.”

    We have a growing LGBTQ+ teen community that have varying needs and are trying to navigate how to accommodate…

  2. Can you create a way to add a phone extension to a contact section.

    I want to require our company use VCB as the company contact sheet. But because there is not a way to add phone extensions I cannot tell people what my office number is, only my cell.

  3. On a specific production: Add the ability to display all of the user's roles next to their name.

    -Go to the Contacts tab
    -Select a single production in the PRODUCTION selector.

    -In the SHOW BY selector set it to "All Users"
    -Open the MORE OPTIONS box:
    --Add the checkbox option to select to display "Roles"
    --When checked: Add a new "Roles" column should be to the right of the User's name.
    --In the "Roles" column: List all of a user's Roles in the column stacked, listed in alphabetical order.

    *This should only be available in the "All Users" mode.
    *This is similar to the way the multiple email addresses and phone numbers are displayed.

  4. Make Contact Sheets more user friendly / intuitive.

    *When a user goes to the Contacts tab, immediately display the contacts for their selected production.

    Since we are adding the ability to assign users to multiple Roles, and Departments, we are adding the ability to switch from different views, and sort orders.

  5. Add the ability to create a printer friendly version of a contacts sheet for immediate printing

    -This would be similar to the function on Notes, Announcements, and Schedule items.

    We recently released the ability to publish a contact sheet to the whole production company. Please try it out under the “Contact Sheets” tab.

    We are still taking feedback and improving this feature, so let us know if you run into any issues.
