Do you have suggestions on how we can improve our sites?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.

  1. Add a new VirtualCallboard Production Permission: Control who can send notes to All users in their productions.

    Radio button options:
    ( ) Send notes only through Message to Manager
    ( ) Send notes to any user in my Production.

  2. Include names of recipients in sent messages

    When sending Notes and Discussions, it would be good to have an option for including the names of who the note was sent to so the recipients can know who else got the note.

  3. Improve the experience of viewing/reading Notes/Messages

    Open the mail in another tab (or Modal), so you do not to have to scroll down to see it- maybe be able to customize what we see on the dashboard (opens up to show the message).

  4. Add a Messaging feature, that would allow users to have a conversation with their fellow site users.

    -It might be helpful to see who is online- a chat feature like Facebook

    -Maybe a chat room like in ‘Crew App.’

  5. Quick Directors'/Managers' Notes

    As a director, I would like a quick way to enter my notes into the system and specify which users or groups are to receive that note. Some kind of predictive text entry would be best so that during a tech or run I can quickly input a note, the quickly create a new line without taking my hands off the keyboard.

    Maybe a tagging system to attach the users?
