Keep VirtualCallboard email out of spam
If a VirtualCallboard or StageStock email lands in Spam or Junk, mark it "Not spam" and add our sending address to your safe list. Email providers learn from what you do, so this helps your whole company's mail arrive.
All of our email comes from noreply@virtualcallboard.com, with the name of the person who triggered it. If you reply, your reply goes to that person, not to us.
Mark the email as "Not spam"
Open the message in your Spam or Junk folder and click Not spam (some providers say Not junk). The more people who do this, the more reliably our email gets through.
Add us to your safe senders
Outlook.com / Hotmail / Live
- Click the gear icon, then View all Outlook settings.
- Go to Mail, then Junk email.
- Under Safe senders and domains, click Add.
- Enter noreply@virtualcallboard.com and save.
Gmail
- Add noreply@virtualcallboard.com to your Google Contacts.
- If a message is already in Spam, open it and click Report not spam.
Work or school email
Ask whoever manages your email to allow noreply@virtualcallboard.com. A company-wide filter can block messages before they reach your own settings.
Still not seeing them? Check that Receive Email from Site is set to Yes in My Account, under Addresses. If that's right and messages still don't show up, write to support@theemptyspace.com and tell us which email provider you use.
