Set your default schedule view

Pick which calls and which view the Schedule opens to, so you don't have to switch every time. Everyone sets their own.

• Default tab is which calls show: My Calls (just the calls you're called to, plus your conflicts) or All Calls (everything on the production's schedule).
• Default view is how the Schedule looks: Month, Week, Week (List), Day or List.

Set your defaults

1. Click your name in the top right and choose My Account.
   
   
   
   
2. Choose Schedule Preferences from the list on the left.
   
   
   
   
3. Pick My Calls or All Calls under Default tab.
   
   
   
   
4. Pick a view under Default view.
   
   
   
   
5. Optional: under Default All Call View, choose Show Conflicts or Hide Conflicts for when you're on All Calls.
6. Click Save Changes.
   
   
   
   

The next time you open the Schedule, it'll come up the way you chose.
