What is a closed call?

A Closed Call is a call where you pick exactly who's called. It's the default when you add a call.

When you add a user to a closed call, it lands on their schedule. Nobody else sees it as something they can sign up for.

When you add a call, you choose between Closed Call and Open Call under Open or Closed Call. Open calls let people choose whether to attend; see Open Call.
