See a user's production history and roles
Want to know which shows someone has worked on, and in what role? Their profile lists every production they've been on, current and archived.
Who can do this: Administrators and anyone with the Edit Any User & Private User Info permission can open any profile. A production Manager can open the profiles of people on their own productions. (User Roles & Permissions shows who gets what.)
1. Go to Administration > User Administration.
2. Type the person's name into the Search box. The list narrows as you type.
3. Click the gear icon at the end of their row and choose Edit to open their profile.
4. Open the Production Roles tab. Their current productions are listed with the VirtualCallboard Role they hold on each. Manage Groups beside a production shows the departments and groups they belong to there.
5. Scroll to Archived Productions and click Show / Hide to see past shows and the role they held. The section only appears if they've been on an archived production.
Managers can only open the profiles of people on their own productions.
