Add a conflict
A conflict blocks off time when you can't be called, so schedulers see it before they put you in a call. Everyone can add their own.
- Go to Schedule > Conflicts and click Add Conflict. On the Schedule page itself, you can also use the Add menu and choose Conflict.

- Give it a Title. If you leave it blank, it's called "Conflict."
- Check Private if you don't want anyone else to see the title or notes. Other people with schedule access will see only that the time is blocked.
- Add Notes if your managers should know why. Leave Private unchecked so they can read them.
- Choose All Day to block whole days, or Normal and set the start and end times. Use Repeat for a weekly commitment, like a class every Tuesday.
- Click Save Conflict.

You'll see "Conflict has been added," and three choices:
- Add Similar opens a new conflict with everything copied, including the date and time. Change the times before you save.
- Add New opens a blank conflict.
- Return to List takes you back to where you were.
If it overlaps a call
If you're already in a call during that time, you'll get a warning. Choose Cancel and Make Changes to adjust the times. Continue and Save appears only if your site allows conflicts that overlap calls, or your role lets you override that.
Someone with permission to manage conflicts for other people can add conflicts for other users.
