Can people reply to VirtualCallboard emails and texts?
🔵 VirtualCallboard
People can reply to a VirtualCallboard email, but the reply goes to the person who sent it, not back into VirtualCallboard. A reply to a text reaches no one; only keyword replies such as STOP, START, YES and HELP do anything.
The email comes from a no-reply address with the sender's name on it, and the reply goes to the email address on the sender's account. This covers call notifications, notes, file-share notifications and discussion notifications.
For a discussion, people should sign in and reply there, so the whole group sees it.
Text messages
A reply to a TXT message doesn't reach anyone in VirtualCallboard. Let people know to answer by email, by phone, or in the discussion instead. If someone replies STOP (or another stop word, such as UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT), TXT messaging turns off for that phone number; replying START turns it back on. YES confirms a number that was asked to turn on TXT, and HELP gets an automatic reply with our support contact.
